What You’ll Do
As an Audit Associate you will support financial statement audits and related assurance activities that help maintain transparency and integrity in financial reporting. You will work on client engagements within the Assurance practice, collaborating closely with teammates and senior staff to apply auditing standards, analyze financial information, and contribute to high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct financial statement audits in compliance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
- Apply auditing methodologies to evaluate financial documents and internal controls
- Review and verify financial documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Use data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Participate in process documentation and project management to meet audit timelines
- Communicate audit findings clearly and support development of remediation plans
- Support client interactions and help maintain strong client relationships
- Uphold professional and independence standards in all work
What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting
- Minimum 3.0 overall GPA
- Meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the state of intended employment before starting full-time
- Entry-level / client service associate candidates typically are completing or have completed their final academic year
What Sets You Apart
- Preferred overall GPA of 3.5+
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience or coursework in auditing methodologies and internal controls
- Comfort leveraging data analysis tools or techniques to interpret financial trends
- Interest in using AI and automation to increase audit efficiency and quality
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 (actual pay dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, and location)
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
