What You’ll Do

As an Audit Associate with our confidential client you'll contribute to financial statement audits and assurance engagements. Day-to-day you will:

• Conduct financial statement audits in compliance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
• Apply auditing methodologies to assess financial documents and internal controls
• Review and verify financial records for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Use data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights
• Support project management efforts to meet audit timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate with engagement teams to resolve audit findings and document processes
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Uphold professional standards, independence requirements, and data security practices
• Learn from senior staff, perform research, and deepen technical accounting knowledge

Who You Are (Minimum Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum overall GPA: 3.0
• Will meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment prior to starting full-time
• Entry-level: completing or recently completed the final academic year of degree requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without needing employer sponsorship (see client policy)

What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)

• Overall GPA of 3.5+ preferred
• Familiar with GAAP, GAAS, and technical accounting or financial reporting standards
• Experience or comfort using data analysis tools (Excel, analytics platforms) to drive audit insights
• Exposure to or interest in leveraging AI to improve audit efficiency and outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 per year. Actual pay within the range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
• Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Specific offerings vary by location and the hiring organization.
