What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking driven, sports-minded candidates for a fast-paced sales and marketing role. You will represent national nonprofit and commercial clients in face-to-face outreach, learn consultative sales techniques, and develop into a territory and team leader with proven performance.

• Deliver in-person marketing and fundraising presentations to prospective supporters and clients
• Manage a local territory and build a reliable pipeline of prospects
• Work as part of a high-energy team competing in performance-based activities
• Participate in training for sales, territory management, hiring and HR basics
• Track activity and results in CRM tools and report performance metrics
• Travel for paid regional or national campaigns as needed

Key Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, team leadership, or athletics is a plus — not required

• Comfortable working in the field and meeting people face-to-face
• Ability to travel for short-term assignments and company events
• Willingness to participate in training and mentorship programs

Compensation & Benefits

• Contract role with estimated annual pay of approximately $31,795 (estimated)
