What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level project-management professional to join the Global Business Services (GBS) Project Management Team. You will lead ultra-light and light migrations, support larger program migrations, and help deliver consistent project practices across global teams.

  • Track migration and project performance and adherence; produce regular reports and identify process breakdowns and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead ultra-light and light migrations using the GBS migration methodology — own delivery, stakeholder sign-off, and project documentation.
  • Review alternate migration approaches, recommend options, and identify resource requirements to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Support continuous improvement (CI) efforts: help produce training materials, promote process adherence, and work with the Training & Methodology Manager to improve practices.
  • Maintain project documentation to meet governance and assurance standards and provide delivery support to other PMO team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, IT, or related field — or 4 years of equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years experience in business or IT environments.
  • Analysis-based experience with SAP, ERM, or similar enterprise systems; strong data-analysis and process-compliance measurement skills.
  • Understanding of end-to-end enterprise operations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Vendor/Supplier Management).
  • Strong communication (oral and written), decision-making, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and to lead or positively influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Posting salary range: $62,200 — $81,600 per year.
  • Additional compensation: 10% target short-term incentive.
  • Estimated benefits value: ~$23,000 on average (health, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer match, wellness programs, EAP).
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and other Total Rewards program offerings.
  • Hybrid work program (posting indicates a hybrid model with 4 days in the office).
  • Perks noted by the client: on-site pub and company events, access to branded apparel, and employee resource/group engagement.

(Compensation is based on non-discriminatory factors including work location, experience, skills, and internal equity.)

Why This Role Matters

This position supports a centralization and standardization effort within GBS, helping drive consistent migrations and better business value across global functions. It’s a strong opportunity to develop project-management skills, gain exposure to enterprise systems like SAP, and contribute to continuous improvement workstreams.
