Associate Territory Manager - New York
The Associate Territory Manager supports the sales team by providing product knowledge, customer training, and sales support focused on Confidential Client's vascular access devices. This entry-level role involves field exposure, customer interaction, and collaboration with sales and management teams to achieve sales objectives and grow the product portfolio within assigned territories.

What You’ll Do
This entry-level field sales role will support the sales team and help protect and grow the vascular access portfolio for our Confidential Client. Typical responsibilities include:
- Support Sales Consultants in the field through ride-alongs and joint sales calls to learn the sales process.
- Attend product and sales training to build knowledge of vascular access products (Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, PowerGlide).
- Provide customers with product information, in-service training, and demonstrations.
- Communicate pricing, backorders, and policy updates to customers.
- Assist with order processing and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Territory Manager(s) and Regional Business Manager to plan and prioritize calls.
- Report customer complaints per Vascular Access Device complaint procedures.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Work a flexible schedule and travel within assigned geography (up to 40% travel).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0–4 years outside sales experience or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate for future Territory Manager opportunities is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
- Good professional judgment and behavior.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and vascular/medical terminology (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships across hospital and internal teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $68,000 - $120,000 (Annual Base + Incentive).
