The Associate Territory Manager supports a sales team by providing product knowledge, customer training, and sales support focused on Confidential Client's vascular access products. What You’ll Do
This entry-level field role will support a regional sales team selling vascular access products. You’ll learn the sales process through field support and training while helping achieve territory objectives.
- Support Sales Consultants in the field through ride-alongs and sales call participation
- Attend product and sales training to build technical and selling knowledge
- Assist with customer product information, training, and in-servicing of peripheral access products
- Communicate pricing, backorders, and policy updates to customers
- Help protect and grow the Vascular Access product portfolio (primary emphasis: Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, PowerGlide)
- Assist with administrative tasks and timely reporting of complaints per device procedures
- Work with Territory Manager and District/Regional Managers to prioritize visits and manage time
- Cultivate new and existing customer relationships to drive long-term growth
- Maintain a flexible schedule and travel as needed (role requires travel)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–4 years of outside sales experience or equivalent preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate for Territory Manager opportunities preferred

- Professional judgment and conduct
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and vascular/medical terminology (preferred)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with hospital staff and internal teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range (total compensation estimate including bonus/incentives): $68,000 - $120,000
- Annual bonus eligibility and potential discretionary long-term incentive (LTI)
