What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Associate Technical Consultant to join a Professional Services team focused on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and ERP solutions. This Glendale, CO role balances client-facing data migration work with product development and internal tooling. Year-one billable utilization is expected to be ~40% with the remainder spent on product work and capability building.

• Support enterprise data migration engagements: extract, transform, reconcile, and quality-check client asset data using SQL and migration tooling.
• Build and maintain internal AI-assisted delivery tooling used by delivery teams.
• Develop and extend Maximo accelerator products — web interfaces for kiosks, portals, and field data capture.
• Perform supervised Maximo technical tasks (automation scripts, integrations, reporting, configuration) starting in sandbox environments.
• Produce clear documentation enabling others to maintain and extend your work.
• Grow toward independent delivery and technical ownership over your first 12–24 months.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working SQL skills (SQL Server preferred): constructing/optimizing joins, diagnosing incorrect query results, and spotting anomalous data.
• Ability to write and debug code in a modern programming language — be prepared to discuss past work or projects.
• Evidence of independently learning new technology and delivering working output.
• Experience or comfort using AI-assisted development tools, plus judgement to validate generated output.
• Clear written communication and disciplined documentation practice.

Advantageous (but not required):

• Web application development, APIs/integrations, ETL/data migration, or cloud platform experience.
• Any prior exposure to Maximo or other EAM tooling (training is provided).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year (actual compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications).
• Eligible for bonus and incentive compensation.
• Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; unlimited paid time off; and paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado law.
