What You’ll Do

This entry-level, full-time tax associate role supports client tax engagements across a variety of industries. You will learn on the job, work with experienced staff and managers, and participate in client-facing meetings as your skills grow.

• Work with client personnel to reconcile account differences and analyze financial data
• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns
• Calculate tax extensions and estimate tax payments
• Participate in client meetings alongside partners and managers
• Support tax research, documentation, and basic tax planning tasks

What We’re Looking For

We seek motivated accounting graduates or soon-to-be graduates who are pursuing CPA eligibility and want a career in tax. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for Associate-level positions
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Minimum grade of C or higher in job-relevant coursework and in intermediate accounting
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in at least one U.S. state by the role start date
• Solid technical accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned office; ability to attend off-site meetings and events in person

• Prior internship experience at a public accounting firm performing tax work

Compensation & Schedule

• Employment type: Full time (entry level)
• Estimated base salary (from source): $65,339 per year (estimated). Actual pay may vary based on experience and location.

This role is based in Cincinnati, OH. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the confidential client does not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
