What You’ll Do

You will be part of an entry-level tax team supporting client engagements across industries. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Working with client personnel to reconcile account differences and analyze financial data
  • Preparing individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns
  • Calculating tax extensions and estimating payments
  • Participating in client meetings alongside partners and managers
  • Learning tax research techniques and applying firm methodologies under supervision
  • Supporting deliverables that meet client deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications (Minimum)

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required for associate positions)
  • Maintain a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Minimum grade of C or higher in job-relevant coursework, including intermediate accounting
  • Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in at least one U.S. state by the role start date
  • Solid technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Reliable transportation to your assigned office and availability to attend off-site meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior public accounting internship experience performing tax work
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
