What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking entry-level Associate Systems Engineers to join a Pathways program supporting mission-critical systems in Baltimore, MD. In this role you will support systems engineering activities across the system lifecycle and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions.

• Assist with requirements analysis, traceability, and verification activities
• Support system integration, test planning, and execution
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design artifacts
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and test teams to resolve issues
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to system-level problem solving
• Support security- and clearance-related processes and program compliance
• Travel up to 10% as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Completing or has completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Major in Math, Physics, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related STEM field
• U.S. citizenship is required and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (Final DoD Secret clearance required at start)
• Ability to become eligible for Special Access Program access within the program-required timeframe
• Willingness to work in Baltimore, MD and travel up to 10% as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
• Current/active DoD Secret clearance
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated interest in systems engineering, integration, or test

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range (Bachelors): $72,700 - $109,100 per year
• Relocation assistance may be available
• Depending on role: eligibility for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and standard benefits (health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays, paid time off)
• The salary range above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements for this location; final offers consider experience, education, and business needs
