About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring an Associate Supply Chain Analyst to support global supply chain operations with a focus on analytics, planning, and process improvement. This is an early-career (0–2 years) role that is remote-eligible and supports cross-functional teams working on demand & supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics, and performance metrics.


What You’ll Do

  • Analyze supply chain data to surface trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities across planning, logistics, inventory, and customer delivery.
  • Support demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, capacity planning, logistics analysis, or customer-delivery activities based on team needs.
  • Define, track, and report key supply chain KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Partner with planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer operations, finance, and IT to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Translate business requirements into clear analytical outputs, deliverables, and process improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase visibility, efficiency, and planning accuracy.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders across distributed teams.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with core supply chain concepts: demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, capacity planning, and customer delivery.
  • Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
  • Relevant coursework, projects, internships, or work experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or related fields.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, planning, logistics, procurement, or customer operations.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Python, or other analytics/visualization tools.
  • Exposure to ERP or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or Kinaxis.
  • Familiarity with supply chain metrics like forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service level, OTIF, lead time, backorders, capacity utilization, or fulfillment performance.
  • Experience with dashboards, KPI reporting, data automation, scenario modeling, or operational analytics.
  • Interest in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or global supply chain operations is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range for new hires: $56,792 — $78,104 (actual offer may vary based on location, experience, education, and other bona fide factors).
  • This position may qualify for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
  • Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, sick time, and other standard company benefits.

  • Required travel: Up to ~10% (as needed).
