About the Role

Confidential Client is seeking an Associate Strategy Specialist to join its Enterprise & Industry Strategy practice in Baton Rouge, LA. This entry-level, full-time role will support client-facing strategy engagements across industries—helping organizations reimagine business models, improve performance, and apply digital & AI-driven solutions to practical problems.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Strategy Specialist you will:

• Support strategy and transformation engagements for clients across healthcare, financial services, public sector, automotive, energy, retail, industrial, or manufacturing industries.
• Analyze business problems, synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, and develop structured recommendations.
• Work side-by-side with experienced strategists, consultants, data specialists, and AI practitioners to create client deliverables (presentations, reports, roadmaps).
• Contribute to market and competitive analyses, process-mapping, and business-model assessments.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in professional development activities, mentorship, and certifications to grow in a consulting career.

Required qualifications

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of business strategy, market analysis, operations, organizational performance, or transformation concepts.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret data, identify trends, and produce logical recommendations.
• Practical exposure to strategy, business analysis, consulting, research, analytics, transformation, or process improvement through coursework, internships, projects, or case competitions.
• Awareness of how technology, data, and Artificial Intelligence are influencing industry change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to diverse audiences.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn emerging technologies and consulting methods.

Preferred qualifications

• Internship or project experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, market research, or innovation.
• Familiarity with business analytics, financial analysis, data visualization tools, process improvement, or strategic planning frameworks.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams or on client-facing projects.
