What You’ll Do
This entry-level Associate, Software Engineering role supports the design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise web applications and data-driven solutions that enable operational visibility, workflow automation, reporting, and data integration. You will be part of a collaborative software and business intelligence team working on applications within the HangarVision environment.
- Assist with requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support
- Develop and maintain UI components, business logic, data access layers, reporting modules, and system integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve application reliability and usability
- Help build and enhance dashboards, operational metrics, reports, and data visualizations
- Work with relational databases and enterprise systems (including SAP integrations) to retrieve, validate, transform, and present data
- Participate in code reviews, testing, technical discussions, and configuration management processes
- Apply cybersecurity requirements, development standards, and organizational procedures
- Learn and adopt new programming languages, frameworks, and enterprise tools as needs evolve

- Schedule: Regular 9/80, day shift

Minimum Qualifications
To be eligible, applicants must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or have completed a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months (regardless of age).
- Strong foundation in software development concepts and analytical problem solving
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across teams
- Time-management, organization, attention to detail, and customer focus
- Willingness to learn new tools, languages, and business processes
Preferred / Helpful Experience
(Preferred but not required for entry-level candidates)
- Familiarity with web application development (front-end and/or back-end)
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Exposure to reporting, dashboards, or data visualization tools
- Understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, ETL)
- Any internship or project experience in enterprise or operations-focused software

- Estimated salary (from source posting): $77,060 per year (estimated)
