What You’ll Do

As an Associate Software Engineer you will join a small, collaborative engineering team focused on the company’s marketing website and customer-facing web experiences.

• Collaborate with engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain web applications
• Implement features and functionality from project requirements and technical specs
• Maintain and enhance the marketing website to ensure high-quality customer experiences
• Participate in code reviews to improve quality and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments
• Learn and apply relevant languages, frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Work with cross-functional and global teams to deliver projects on schedule

Qualifications

• 0–2 years professional software development experience (entry-level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
• Internship experience, relevant coursework, or personal coding projects are a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness and ability to learn new technologies and development practices

Skills & Technologies

• TypeScript or JavaScript
• React.js / Next.js
• Tailwind CSS or plain CSS and HTML
• Familiarity with GitLab or GitHub and CI/CD practices
• Understanding of core CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP
• Experience or exposure to one or more languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Comfortable with IDEs, version control, and bug-tracking tools
• Agile development experience preferred
