About the Role & Team

Confidential Client’s Core Experiences team builds mobile platforms used by millions of guests to enhance live experiences at major venues. As an Associate Software Engineer (Mobile), you’ll contribute to mobile app features, work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA), and learn from senior engineers while helping deliver high-quality consumer-facing mobile applications for iOS, Android, and cross-platform (Flutter) projects.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of mobile applications (Flutter, iOS, Android)
  • Implement features, enhancements, and bug fixes with guidance from senior engineers
  • Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other engineering teams
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and development practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Basic understanding of software and/or mobile development concepts
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Kotlin, Swift, Dart, or Java
  • Understanding of software fundamentals (data structures, APIs, debugging)
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn on a team
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of software development experience (internships or academic projects count)
  • Exposure to mobile development with Flutter, iOS, or Android
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control workflows
  • Experience working with APIs, JSON, or backend services
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Interest in building consumer-facing, high-scale mobile applications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent work experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hiring range (Orlando, FL): $92,900 — $124,500 per year (based on a 40-hour work week). Actual pay offered will consider internal equity, geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Eligible candidates may also receive bonus and/or long-term incentive units, plus a comprehensive benefits package (medical, financial, and other benefits dependent on level and position).

  • Location: Orlando, FL (on-site / hybrid expectations will be defined by the Confidential Client)
