Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Associate Scientist — Cell & Molecular Biology to join their laboratory team in Bausman, PA. This full-time, on-site role supports biopharmaceutical services by performing cell biology and virology analyses, executing and validating analytical methods, and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and non-routine cell biology and virology analyses
• Review and evaluate raw analytical data for quality and acceptability
• Set up and validate new analytical processes and related methodologies
• Prepare and maintain accurate, GMP-compliant laboratory documentation
• Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, cell biology, or a related field — OR equivalent industry experience (minimum one year)
• Experience or coursework in cell biology and virology assays preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and laboratory / scientific software
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective written/verbal communication
• Ability to follow SOPs, maintain accurate records, and work both independently and as part of a team
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without sponsorship
