Job Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Associate SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) & Materials Management (MM) Analyst to join their SAP team in Evansville, IN. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who wants to build hands-on SAP functional experience supporting maintenance, inventory, procurement, and warehouse processes.


What You’ll Do

You will support the configuration, enhancement, testing, and day-to-day operation of SAP PM and MM solutions that enable maintenance, inventory, procurement, and supply chain business processes.

  • Provide first-level SAP PM and MM application support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to maintenance planning & execution, inventory and purchasing processes.
  • Monitor and help maintain SAP master data integrity.
  • Document support tickets, incident resolutions, and recommended process improvements.
  • Work with maintenance, procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to learn and map end-to-end business processes:
    • Maintenance planning and execution
    • Preventive and corrective maintenance
    • Equipment and asset management
    • Inventory management and material movements
    • Procurement and purchasing workflows
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements.
  • Participate in SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities:
    • Assist with developing test scripts and performing user acceptance testing (UAT)
    • Support data migration and validation efforts
    • Collaborate with SAP developers and other functional teams
  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Support user training, knowledge transfer, and change management initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
  • Customer-service mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience with ERP systems, manufacturing, supply chain, or maintenance operations.
  • Exposure to SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Understanding of procurement, inventory, maintenance, or warehouse processes.
  • Basic knowledge of database tables and strong Excel skills.

Compensation & Employment Type
