What You’ll Do

Entry-level field sales role supporting an interventional spine medical device territory in South Florida. You will work alongside experienced field representatives to assist clinical procedures, manage accounts, and help grow the territory while building foundational sales skills.

• Support sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across your assigned territory
• Prepare for and assist clinical procedures in operating rooms and office-based settings
• Provide product education and support to surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff
• Manage inventory, ensure product availability, and prepare cases
• Track sales activities, maintain account records, and assist with reporting

Who You Are / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory
• Preferred: 1+ year outside sales, business development, or other customer-facing experience
• Preferred: Experience in medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales environments
• Preferred: Demonstrated responsibility and teamwork through work, athletics, military service, or leadership roles
• Professional, coachable, and able to work in clinical environments with attention to detail and safety

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 base salary plus eligible bonus and benefits
• Hands-on training and on-the-job mentoring with experienced sales representatives

Location & Travel

• Primary location: Palm City, FL
• This role requires regular travel throughout the assigned South Florida territory and in-person support for clinical cases.
