What You’ll Do

As an Associate Sales Representative (Joint Replacement) you will work as part of a field sales team to support marketing, case coverage, and product evaluations in both surgical and office settings. You will learn core sales skills and support territory development while delivering excellent customer service.

  • Assist confident, competitive, results-oriented salespeople in promoting and selling orthopaedic and joint replacement products
  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office environments
  • Support business development activities and track territory progress
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with Sales Representatives and managers
  • Troubleshoot product issues onsite and educate clinical staff
  • Maintain sample inventory and demonstrate strong time-management
  • Build and sustain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and other key stakeholders
  • Participate in coaching and mentoring to develop selling skills and product expertise
  • Perform on-call duties (evenings, weekends, holidays) as territory needs dictate
  • Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain readiness

What We’re Looking For

Required (meet one of the following):

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR
  • Associate’s Degree OR medical certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) AND minimum 2 years related experience OR
  • High School Diploma AND minimum 4 years related experience OR
  • Minimum 4 years active-duty military service

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical-related fields or B2B sales
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience
  • Sales or marketing internships
  • Collegiate extracurricular leadership (e.g., athletics, student government, organizations)

Additional skills and requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to lift/push/pull and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to complete vaccinations or other customer-required health screenings where applicable

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $72,100 - $100,000 per year (may be eligible for commission and/or bonuses)

  • This role involves handling instruments that may have been contaminated with blood or bodily fluids. The Confidential Client complies with OSHA standards and will provide a safe work environment and required PPE/training.
  • Role requires occasional on-call availability to support urgent clinical needs.
  • Employment is contingent on meeting client-specific requirements (e.g., certifications, background checks, and customer site requirements).
