What You’ll Do

The Associate Retail Territory Representative is an entry-level, field-based role designed to develop foundational retail sales and merchandising skills to support the broader Retail Territory Rep team. You will assist in store-level sales and merchandising activities and learn by shadowing senior representatives.

  • Support Retail Territory Representatives with store visits, merchandising projects, and promotional setups
  • Assist with in-store product knowledge sessions, including ride-alongs or co-presenting with senior RTRs
  • Help maintain point-of-purchase materials and product displays under guidance
  • Collect competitive intelligence through comp shops and enter findings into CRM
  • Learn CRM reporting, activity tracking, and administrative follow-ups
  • Participate in contractor events and store-level demonstrations in a support role
  • Build working relationships with Pro Desk associates, department leads, and store personnel
  • Contribute to team trainings and calls; support new product rollouts and reset efforts
  • Follow and model safe work practices and support a strong safety culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; eagerness to learn from senior team members
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced retail environments
  • Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and a desire for career growth
  • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%) with planning support

Compensation & Bonus

Provided national pay range for this position:

  • Base pay: $56,000 to $84,000 per year
  • Eligible for an annual bonus; targeted bonus is 7% of base pay
  • Total Target Cash range (base + targeted bonus): $59,900 to $89,800

Note: Base pay offered may vary based on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
