Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Associate Recruiter in Woodbridge, NJ. What You’ll Learn

• Find and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conduct professional phone screens and interviews
• Assess candidate experience, goals, and motivations
• Build and maintain candidate relationships
• Match candidates to job opportunities and support offer discussions
• Manage candidate pipelines and follow-up
• Use applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Develop communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

What Your Day Will Look Like

Recruiting is fast-paced and activity-driven. Daily responsibilities include candidate sourcing, phone outreach, interviewing, follow-up, collaborating with the team, and working toward measurable weekly goals. This role suits someone energized by social interaction and outcome-focused work.

Who We’re Looking For

No prior recruiting experience is required. The ideal candidate is:

• Confident speaking with new people
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone
• Motivated by goals, competitive, and coachable
• Organized, reliable, and responsive
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback
• Interested in building a long-term career in recruiting / staffing

Preferred (but not required) foundations:

• Hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, call center, athletics, or campus leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Standard EST business hours
• Location: Hybrid — Woodbridge, NJ
