Position Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an Associate Recruiter in Charlotte, NC. This entry-level recruiting role blends sales, relationship-building, and candidate sourcing. You’ll help find, engage, and guide candidates through the hiring process while partnering with internal teams to fill open roles quickly. This is a high-energy, target-driven opportunity with clear upside: weekly pay, uncapped commission, and accelerated career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and cold outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates via calls, DMs, and coffee chats
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to match talent to client openings
• Screen, prepare and coach candidates for interviews and negotiate offers
• Keep records and candidate pipelines organized in ATS and CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills — you’re comfortable talking to anyone
• High energy, positive attitude, and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Eagerness to learn recruiting best practices and grow into leadership

• Estimated base: $56,400 per year (estimated)
