What You’ll Do

This entry-level Associate Project Manager role supports the Activation Services team and works alongside an experienced Project Manager to deliver client projects on time and on budget. This is a hybrid position based in Chicago (3 days in-office: Tuesdays–Thursdays).

• Support project planning and execution by helping gather requirements, track deliverables, and monitor schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and distribute project status updates and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to keep stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and next steps.
• Document customer interactions, project milestones, completed tasks, and action items with strong attention to detail.
• Partner with an experienced Project Manager to learn project management best practices and support successful client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain documentation, and assist with basic budget tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn project management practices and to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Full-time availability and ability to work hybrid from Chicago office (Tues–Thurs onsite).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting project budgets, reporting, or administrative project coordination activities.
• Exposure to software products, SaaS environments, or workflow optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, or coursework/internships involving PM best practices.

Compensation & Location

• Location: Chicago, IL — hybrid (3 days in-office: Tuesdays–Thursdays).
• Employment type: Full-time.
• Salary range: $60,000–$80,000 USD (targeted starting base salary; final pay considers experience and role scope).
