What You’ll Do

• Assist in managing the full project lifecycle from order acceptance through shipment and project closeout.
• Coordinate internal teams (Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting) to meet project schedules and deliverables.
• Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and identify potential risks or delays.
• Prepare and organize project documentation including submittals, compliance forms, and progress reports.
• Communicate with customers under guidance from senior team members to provide status updates and gather technical or delivery information.
• Support cost and timeline monitoring to help maintain project profitability.
• Track and document scope changes and support internal change-management communication.
• Assist Accounting with milestone-based billing and related documentation.
• Ensure projects comply with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience (internships, co-ops, or related roles considered).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite — especially Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn project scheduling and ERP/project management tools (example: Microsoft Great Plains, Epicor).

Preferred

• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or water/wastewater industry through internships or coursework.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor or similar).
• CAPM or project management coursework or certifications (a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

• Exempt, full-time position.
• Salary range: $54,000 to $69,999 annually.
• Bonus eligible — Target Bonus is 10% of base salary, paid based on company budgeted EBITDA and Board approval.
