What You’ll Do

This entry‑level Associate Project Engineer role is a hands‑on launching pad into project management and estimating for construction projects. You will support site and office teams to help deliver projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.

• Conduct safety meetings and support site safety initiatives
• Create and manage punch lists
• Support Quality Control measures under the project QA/QC program
• Prepare RFIs and submittals
• Assist with labor control tasks on assigned projects (setup and maintenance)
• Perform quantitative takeoffs to support material ordering
• Support implementation and tracking of the job schedule
• Coordinate warranties and O&M documentation
• Coordinate materials, purchase orders, and invoicing with project teams

Salary: $79,400 per year plus participation in a non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program.

This position is safety‑sensitive.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player who can learn technical skills and apply them on the job
• Customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and initiative
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting timelines

• OSHA certifications
• Willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs
• Local to the Malta, NY metro area
