Confidential Client — Program Analyst (Entry / New Grad)

Confidential Client’s Global Customer Support program is hiring an entry-level Associate Program Analyst to support program management activities that help scale support operations and improve customer experience. This role is focused on learning foundational program management practices while assisting with data collection, reporting, coordination and communication across support and cross-functional teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Support strategic Customer Support projects by assisting with data collection, basic data analysis, and documentation (partner analysis, business process mapping, governance reporting) under senior PM guidance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to help implement solutions that improve customer experience; escalate to senior team members when appropriate.
  • Track action items, coordinate logistics, and support communications, compliance, quality checks, system rollouts, and training logistics.
  • Participate in initiatives to refine policies, workflows, and performance standards under direct supervision.
  • Gather and document findings about current systems, practices, and service quality to support operational improvements.
  • Assist onboarding and ongoing enablement activities for Support Engineers and other support roles.
  • Complete additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 0+ years of professional experience — recent graduates and early-career candidates encouraged to apply (summer 2025 and summer 2026 grads welcome).
  • Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, Zoom; exposure to project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • Basic data-handling and problem-solving skills; follows established guidelines and general instructions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; provides clear status updates and transparent progress reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn program management fundamentals.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and coordinating stakeholders under supervision.
  • Demonstrates openness to diverse perspectives and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the security or identity management industry.

Location & Compensation

Authoritative location for this specific posting: Schiller Park, IL (hybrid).

This is a hybrid position open to candidates authorized to work in the United States or Canada and based near the Bellevue, Chicago (including Schiller Park), or Toronto offices. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.

Salary information (as posted by the client):

  • For candidates located in California (excl. SF Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington: $77,000—$77,000 USD (annual base).
  • For candidates located in Canada: $91,200—$91,200 CAD (annual base).

Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, and work location. Additional compensation may include equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, etc.) per the client’s plans and policies.
