What You’ll Do

This entry-level Program Analyst role will support a Global Customer Support Program Management team focused on improving support operations and the customer experience. You will work under direct supervision and be exposed to foundational program management tasks.

  • Support strategic projects by collecting and analyzing data, documenting findings, and preparing materials such as partner analysis, process maps, and governance reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and escalate issues to senior program managers when needed.
  • Track program action items, coordinate logistics, and support communications for compliance, quality, systems rollouts, and training initiatives.
  • Assist with tactical changes to support policies, workflows, and performance standards.
  • Assess systems and processes by gathering data and documenting improvement opportunities.
  • Help coordinate onboarding logistics and ongoing enablement activities for Support Engineers and related roles.
  • Complete additional assigned projects and ad-hoc analyses to help the team scale.

Who You Are / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical disciplines preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 0+ years of related professional experience — recent graduates and early-career candidates encouraged (Summer 2025 & Summer 2026 grads welcomed).
  • Comfortable with core collaboration tools: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity or exposure to project management tools such as Jira or Asana is a plus.
  • Basic problem-solving ability and comfort working from established guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to provide clear status updates.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn program management fundamentals.
  • Able to collaborate across a variety of stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrates openness to diverse perspectives and helps foster an inclusive team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Any familiarity with security, identity management, or identity & access management (IAM) is a bonus.

Location & Work Model

This is a hybrid role. The position is open to candidates authorized to work in the United States or Canada and based near our client’s Bellevue, Chicago, or Toronto offices. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary (for candidates located in Illinois): $77,000—$77,000 USD (annual). Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, and work location. Our client also offers equity (where applicable), bonus opportunities, and benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, retirement savings, flexible spending accounts, and paid leave in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
