What You'll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an early-career Associate Product Marketing Specialist to support product launches and go-to-market activities for transportation, mobility, payments, and SaaS solutions. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering to turn technical features into customer-facing value and enable sales teams to win.

Market & Customer Research
- Conduct research on transportation, tolling, mobility, payments, and technology markets.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Support development of market segmentation, personas, and ideal customer profiles.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback from sales teams, partners, and industry events.

Product Positioning & Messaging
- Help develop product messaging, value propositions, and positioning frameworks.
- Create content that translates technical capabilities into customer benefits (one-pagers, solution briefs, presentations).
- Maintain messaging libraries and content repositories; support naming, packaging, and pricing initiatives.

Go-to-Market Execution
- Assist with product launches and commercialization activities.
- Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
- Track launch milestones and maintain launch plans.
- Support campaign development with demand generation and marketing teams.

Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain sales presentations, battle cards, FAQs, and demo materials.
- Provide competitive insights and customer-facing content to field teams.
- Prepare materials for customer meetings, industry conferences, and executive briefings.

Competitive Intelligence & Operations
- Monitor competitors, market entrants, technology trends, and industry developments.
- Maintain competitive intelligence reports and battle cards.
- Support portfolio reporting, launch metrics, adoption tracking, and commercialization KPIs.
- Assist in maintaining product documentation and marketing assets.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months you will:
- Support multiple product launches from planning through market introduction.
- Deliver messaging and sales enablement content actively used by customer-facing teams.
- Establish credibility as a trusted partner to Product Management and Sales.
- Provide market insights that influence product and commercialization decisions.
- Build expertise in transportation technology, mobility payments, and intelligent transportation systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of professional experience (entry-level to early-career).
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to synthesize complex information into clear business recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Preferred
- Internship or academic project experience in product marketing, product management, consulting, technology, transportation, mobility, or SaaS.
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or collaboration tools.
- Interest in transportation technologies, smart cities, mobility, AI, payments, or digital platforms.
