What You’ll Do

  • Support go-to-market messaging & positioning for partner-facing solutions.
  • Help create partner-ready content and sales enablement assets (one-pagers, presentations, email templates, social copy).
  • Assist with execution of partner-facing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance using basic analytics (KPIs, funnel metrics, CTRs).
  • Coordinate with product, partner operations, PMO, and data teams to ensure marketing is aligned with product priorities.
  • Maintain and update partner resources and enablement materials.
  • Learn to position complex enterprise products and translate technical features into partner-focused value propositions.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc marketing projects and continuously develop product-marketing skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or related field — recent graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Internship or equivalent experience in marketing, product marketing, communications, or related functions.
  • Coursework or exposure to go-to-market strategy, product management, or marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools/platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva) and comfort with basic data analysis.
  • Experience with or familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, Power Platform) or similar enterprise software.
  • Experience with partner/channel programs (referral networks, reseller models, affiliate programs) or a clear interest in partner marketing.
  • Experience creating marketing content (blog posts, social posts, email campaigns, presentations).
  • Comfort working with data and an interest in measuring campaign performance.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, design assistants) and willingness to use them responsibly to increase productivity.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience that demonstrates an understanding of buyer needs and solution positioning.

Nice-to-Have

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot automation, marketing reporting tools, or basic SQL/Excel for analysis.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS GTM motions or channel partner enablement programs.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn technical product features quickly.

Compensation & Employment Type

  • Base salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year (plus benefits). Compensation may vary by region, experience, and role specifics.
  • Employment type: Full-time (contractor engagements may be considered depending on business needs).
