What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support global commercialization and lifecycle management for biologics within its portfolio. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Education, and Finance to drive product performance and franchise growth.

  • Support commercialization activities for biologics and orthobiologic products across regions.
  • Assist in strategic and tactical planning to meet revenue and portfolio goals.
  • Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) research and competitive assessments to inform product strategy.
  • Help develop and evaluate invest/keep/retire plans for product brands.
  • Support new product development from concept through commercialization and market exit activities.
  • Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather clinical insights and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, customer adoption, and market opportunities to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations for inventory management and forecasting to balance supply and customer needs.
  • Create and deliver field communications, product updates, supply notifications, sales tools, positioning documents, and educational resources.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for commercial field teams and maintain strong competitive category knowledge.
  • Work with Medical Education to ensure accurate clinical and product information for training and materials.

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

  • 2–3 years of product management experience, ideally in biologics, regenerative medicine, orthobiologics, medical devices, or related healthcare products.
  • Proven ability to prepare and deliver impactful slide presentations and sales tools.
  • Experience using market and product data to support strategic and creative marketing plans.
  • Comfortable using technical medical language to engage internal and external clinical customers.
  • Demonstrated capability building business cases and presenting recommendations to leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales, inventory, and adoption metrics.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), and Power BI.

Education & Experience

  • B.S. degree required, preferably with formal studies in business; relevant internships, sales, clinical or product experience considered.
  • MBA preferred but not required.
  • Operating Room experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Additional Info

  • Anticipated pay range: $85,000–$93,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
  • This job is a full-time position.
