What You’ll Do
This Associate Product Manager role supports GPU-related operations and helps scale workflows across RMA, Service, Repair, Technical Support, Purchasing, System PM, and Production teams for a Confidential Client. You will:
- Operate and support GPU workflows across RMA, Service, Repair, TS, Purchasing, System PM, and Production environments
- Analyze GPU and system logs using command-line tools (Linux CLI preferred)
- Coordinate triage, lab testing, and vendor interactions for GPU hardware and systems
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and GPU vendors about test results, issues, and escalations
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and lead process improvements to reduce turnaround time (TAT)
- Assist with new GPU platform bring-up, lab readiness, and creation or updates of test SOPs
- Help improve documentation quality and accelerate RMA decision cycles
What We're Looking For
We're hiring early-career candidates and welcome recent graduates. Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant industry experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Familiarity with GPU hardware and ability to read/interpret GPU and system logs
- Command-line skills (Linux CLI preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience with RMA workflows, test documentation, or hardware operations is a plus
- Knowledge of NVIDIA and AMD GPUs and related testing tools preferred
- Experience with Python or automation tools is an advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 (actual offer depends on location, experience, and role-specific factors)
