What You’ll Do
This role supports product development and marketing for Personal Care & Household consumer packaged goods (CPG) under the direction of the Director. You'll own assigned pieces of the product lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Participate in product development for personal care & household products, including formulation input, packaging, positioning, and marketing support
- Organize and maintain product files, launch schedules, and documentation for assigned projects
- Communicate consistently between product, purchasing, operations, R&D, regulatory, and creative/marketing teams
- Own assigned product revisions, reformulations, and new product development workstreams; coordinate with project management resources as directed
- Conduct competitive/product market research — capture product characteristics, pricing, market share, and advertising insights; maintain research databases
- Assist in preparing business plans, marketing content, PowerPoint presentations, and market research tools
- Drive results through ownership and accountability; seek opportunities that add value to the product team and company goals
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of product development or product management experience (CPG background preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or progress toward a degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
- Some knowledge of personal care or household product formats, formulation, packaging, or regulatory considerations is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven writing skills and ability to create clear marketing or technical content
- Ability to maintain confidentiality throughout the product development process
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Genuine enthusiasm for a marketing or product development career
