What You’ll Do
The Associate Product Manager (Project Hire) will support the product team in delivering high-quality digital experiences for Guests across web and mobile. This role focuses on planning, requirements gathering, backlog support, content configuration, testing, launch coordination, and day-to-day product operations in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Assist with partner communications and gather business requirements to align digital initiatives with stakeholder goals.
- Translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
- Support documentation of product objectives, audiences, requirements, and implementation details.
- Coordinate go-to-market and launch activities, tracking milestones and identifying risks or dependencies.
- Perform content configuration and CMS updates to ensure accurate, timely guest-facing content.
- Attend daily scrums and help identify roadblocks; escalate delivery risks as needed.
- Help prepare status updates, presentations, and product recommendations for partners and leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and marketing teams to support successful product delivery and ongoing maintenance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 0+ years of relevant experience in product management, digital products, technology, marketing, analytics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with digital products, mobile apps, and websites.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization and managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with content management systems — content publishing, media management, page creation, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a comparable field, or equivalent work experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Analytical and quantitative skills; able to use data and metrics to support recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with the iOS/Android release lifecycle and mobile app distribution processes.
- Comfortable using analytics and reporting to inform product decisions.
Compensation & Employment Type
This is an internship position (employment type: INTERN). The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $92,900 to $124,500 per year based on a 40-hour work week. Final base pay will depend on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include bonus and/or long-term incentive units depending on level and role. Benefits and other perks depend on level and position offered.
