About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring an Associate Product Manager to join an early-career product team building prediction-markets infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering, design, and operator clients to translate market structure, regulatory changes, and customer feedback into shipped features. This role offers real ownership on defined product surfaces and a clear path to owning a full product line.

What You’ll Do

• Own discovery and delivery for defined product surfaces within the prediction-markets platform, from spec through launch
• Collaborate with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship features on a predictable cadence
• Talk directly to prediction-market operator clients to gather feedback and translate it into prioritized requirements
• Design product surfaces across the platform — from trading UX to operator tools and integrations
• Track competitor activity and translate it into product implications
• Build and operate AI-assisted workflows for spec-writing, competitor tracking, and user-feedback synthesis
• Define and track success metrics for your surfaces; report on results to product leadership

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience; new graduates and early-career candidates encouraged to apply
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience: you can read specs/schemas and hold your own with engineers
• Strong structured thinking — able to break ambiguous problems into clear specs
• Default fluency with AI tools as part of how you work; be ready to show one thing you've built or shipped using them
• Bias to action and high ownership — you chase down answers and communicate clearly
• Genuine curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and trading infrastructure (you should be able to explain a prediction market in two sentences)
• Based in New York City or surrounding areas; willingness to be in the region for collaboration

• Prior internship or part-time work in product, engineering, data, or analytics
• Crypto-native: used a wallet, follow crypto news, and know key competitors
• Some SQL or scripting ability (self-taught is fine)
• Have built and shipped something publicly (app, agent, tool, or side project with real users)
