Role overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Associate Product Manager to join a fast-growing healthtech team focused on medical imaging and diagnostic workflows. This program is designed for early-career product practitioners (1–4 years of professional experience) who bring strong product thinking, analytical rigor, and an AI-native approach to their day-to-day work. The role offers a clear growth path to full product ownership, hands-on coaching, and the chance to ship outcomes that improve patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Own a defined slice of a product roadmap under senior PM guidance — take work from discovery through shipped outcomes
- Write clear PRDs and run user discovery and research
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, and clinical stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into specific product decisions
- Contribute to prioritization and roadmap conversations
- Instrument launches, track outcomes, and close the loop between releases and impact
- Use AI across the PM workflow for synthesis, data analysis, PRD drafts, prototyping, competitive scans, and evaluation
- Grow domain expertise in healthtech and medical imaging, developing informed product judgment
What You’ll Bring
- 1–4 years of professional experience (product or adjacent roles with substantial product exposure)
- Strong familiarity with product frameworks and demonstrated deliberate practice (~1,000+ hours of focused craft development)
- AI-native workflow skills — you use AI as a core instrument in discovery, analysis, prototyping, and writing
- Analytical instincts and experience querying data to solve product problems
- Excellent written communication and the ability to convert fuzzy problems into crisp PRDs
- Trajectory-first mindset: you’re focused on rapid growth toward product leadership
- Interest or prior exposure to healthcare technology, medical imaging, marketplaces, or interoperability is a plus
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
