Role Overview
The Associate Product Manager, Microsoft Solutions partners with technical teams and business stakeholders to manage Microsoft 365-based products and services. You will support product strategy, vendor relationships, roadmap development, and adoption programs that deliver measurable value to clients. This is a hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ.
What You’ll Do
- Own analysis, vendor relationships, licensing, cost management, and roadmaps for Microsoft products aligned to business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, information security, and external partners to define implementation, launch, and sustainment approaches.
- Execute programs that drive customer adoption, ROI, and measurable outcomes for assigned Microsoft solutions.
- Translate VoC (voice of the customer) and market trends into prioritized features, services, and product enhancements.
- Act as product owner on agile teams: write user stories, acceptance criteria, manage prioritized backlog, and align releases with sprint goals and KPIs.
- Track adoption metrics (usage, engagement, training effectiveness) and report progress to stakeholders.
- Support change management and client communications around Microsoft product changes and rollouts.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support product lifecycle and client success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience driving enterprise adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365 and related products.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in strategic analysis for system implementation in a B2B environment.
- Proven product management experience and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including Copilot and adjacent products).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for internal and client-facing communication.
- Change management experience related to technology adoption and rollouts.
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification required.
- Microsoft 365 Administrator certification required.
Nice to Have
- Additional Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100/MS-101, Modern Workplace, Azure Fundamentals).
- Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments.
- Background in business intelligence, cloud platforms, or AI-enabled services.
Location & Work Model
