Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an early-career Associate Product Manager — Gaming Ops to support product planning, launch coordination, and commercialization activities for gaming operations. This role provides exposure to go-to-market execution, cross-functional coordination, launch metrics, and portfolio support while working closely with product and operational teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Support planning and execution of go-to-market activities for Gaming Operations product launches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Product Management, Studios, Gaming Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Market Planning, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Track launch achievements, dependencies, and deliverables to help ensure successful commercialization and deployment.
  • Maintain launch documentation, deployment schedules, and communication materials.
  • Gather information for launch readiness reviews and monitor action items until closure.
  • Partner with product and operational teams to transition products from approval to market deployment.
  • Monitor product launch performance, adoption, and portfolio metrics; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze customer, market, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of launch processes, governance, and reporting.
  • Assist Product Managers with portfolio planning, lifecycle activities, and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Product Management, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in product management, project/commercial operations, analytics, gaming, or a related function.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into recommendations.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to develop product management and commercialization expertise.
  • Prior gaming, technology, or product launch experience is a plus.
