Role Overview
This early-career product role sits within Gaming Operations and supports product planning, go-to-market execution, launch readiness, and post-launch performance tracking. You’ll work closely with product managers, studios, operations, marketing, compliance, and commercial teams to help move gaming products from approval into market deployment efficiently and consistently. This position is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience across product launches, commercialization, and operational execution within the Gambling Facilities and Casinos industry.
What You’ll Do
- Support planning and execution of go-to-market activities for Gaming Operations product launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness tasks across Product Management, Studios, Gaming Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Market Planning, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Track launch achievements, dependencies, and deliverables to help ensure successful commercialization and deployment.
- Prepare and maintain launch plans, deployment schedules, product documentation, and communication materials.
- Gather information and maintain documentation for launch readiness reviews; monitor action items and follow up on risks.
- Monitor product launch performance, customer adoption, and portfolio metrics; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyze customer, market, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks affecting product performance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Help standardize and improve launch processes, tools, governance, and reporting practices.
- Assist Product Managers with portfolio planning, product lifecycle activities, and strategic initiatives as needed.
- Maintain awareness of competitive products, industry trends, and market conditions to support product planning and commercialization efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in product management, project management, commercial operations, analytics, gaming, or a related function.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with reporting and data-visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a desire to build product management and commercialization expertise.
- Gaming, technology, or prior product launch experience is a plus.
