What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a curious, detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support product teams in researching customer needs, coordinating cross-functional work, and helping bring new features to market. You will work closely with Product Managers and partner teams to learn product management fundamentals and deliver value to customers.

  • Assist Product Managers with customer research, market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Support creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user stories, feature descriptions, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback from sales, support, and other internal channels to identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to track feature progress and surface risks.
  • Help maintain product roadmaps, project timelines, and stakeholder communications to keep teams aligned.
  • Provide coordination support for product launches: prepare internal materials, training content, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Assist with product testing and validation; document issues and help ensure product quality and usability.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of products, customers, and the software development industry.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, internships, academic projects or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data and qualitative feedback.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to document requirements and explain ideas effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset: experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing).
  • Curiosity about customer problems, technology products, and market trends.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with common business tools (spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration apps).
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in product management through hands-on experience and mentorship.
  • Ability to perform desk-based tasks (extended computer use, sitting for extended periods).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on market and individual qualifications assessed during the interview process.
