Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an early-career Associate (CISA track) to join a two-year Associate Program focused on Personal Lines. This cohort-based development role blends technical training, hands-on assignments, and mentoring to accelerate your insurance career. You will support agency distribution efforts—helping to find, onboard, and track newly appointed agents—while working alongside experienced colleagues and leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Support agency distribution initiatives for Personal Lines by helping identify, onboard, and monitor newly appointed agents.
• Use analytical tools and underwriting resources to evaluate exposures and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Participate in cohort-based projects and collaborative learning assignments to broaden organizational understanding.
• Complete technical training to build practical insurance knowledge and deepen skills in your discipline.
• Contribute to team goals through challenging assignments that drive measurable results.
• Participate in networking and executive engagement sessions and receive mentoring from managers and former program participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (all majors considered).
• GPA of 3.0 or above required.
• Relevant prior experience preferred (internships, summer or part-time roles).
• Demonstrated leadership or involvement in campus, community, athletic, or volunteer activities preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based sponsorship.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and learning mindset suited to a cohort-driven development program.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $60,000 — $75,000 per year (final offer dependent on skills and other factors).
• Role may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.

• Pay range may be adjusted for geographic differential for the location where the role is filled.
