This Associate Package Consultant (Salesforce) role is an entry-level, client-facing consulting position supporting packaged application selection, implementation, and production support. You will work with client teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, support workshops and stakeholder interviews, and help deliver business value through packaged SaaS solutions (for example, Salesforce and ERP systems).

What you’ll do
You will join a consulting team and support the delivery of packaged application projects. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assist clients with package selection, implementation, and post-production support for CRM/ERP solutions (e.g., Salesforce).
- Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business requirements into functional/technical needs and process maps (As-Is / To-Be).
- Use design thinking and structured problem solving to surface client needs and recommend solutions.
- Support testing, basic reporting, and configuration tasks as needed.
- Work with teammates and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adoption.
Required education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (examples: MIS, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain).
Required skills & professional expertise
- Ability to translate business problems into technical/functional requirements.
- Comfortable learning enterprise and cloud-based systems quickly.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw recommendations from data.
- Adaptable in a fast-changing, technology-driven consulting environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
Preferred experience
- Internship, co-op, or project experience with ERP (Workday, SAP, Oracle) or CRM (Salesforce).
- Familiarity with reporting tools and basic SQL.
- Exposure to AI-driven tools for data analysis or workflow improvements.
- Understanding of core business processes (HR, finance, payroll).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a client-service environment.
