What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Associate to join the National Video / Broadcast investment team. This is an entry-level media-investment role focused on scheduling, billing, and execution support for national video campaigns. You will work closely with senior team members, gain hands-on experience with buying platforms and reporting tools, and complete a structured media training program.
- Support Senior Associates and Managers with daily execution and administrative tasks
- Input and maintain buys / flighting in DDS and other scheduling systems
- Communicate with networks and partners about scheduling and make updates as needed
- Reconcile and resolve billing discrepancies with internal billing teams and vendors
- Prepare client-facing and internal reports (delivery, spend, pacing)
- Keep schedules and client budgets current and accurately tracked
- Attend status meetings and assist in preparing materials and deliverables
- Monitor market research, industry publications and trends to inform recommendations
- Recommend process improvements to increase team efficiency
- Take clear ownership of assigned tasks and escalate issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 0–2 years of industry or related experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
- 1+ years experience with analytics, strong comfort with numbers, and Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Interest in and familiarity with media and video investment or broadcast planning
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills; professional when liaising with clients and vendors
- Ability to learn media-buying tools and follow established workflows
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $39,000–$45,000 per year (placement within range depends on experience, skills, and permitted factors)
