What You’ll Do

  • Develop monitoring and standardized marketing reporting to provide data insights and identify unexpected patterns.
  • Write SQL queries and support dbt models that power marketing dashboards.
  • Assist in building automated data monitoring systems and alerting for data quality issues.
  • Maintain dashboards and status reporting used by senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to conduct root-cause analysis of Marketing channel performance.
  • Translate and present technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
  • Manage incident tracking and stakeholder communications (Jira experience is a plus).
  • Support third-party vendor evaluation and proposed data infrastructure updates.
  • Independently manage competing priorities across incidents and stakeholder requests.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent coursework.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; entry-level candidates with strong academic projects are encouraged.
  • Demonstrated ability working with SQL; experience with dbt is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Python for data tasks is helpful but not required.
  • Experience handling large datasets and building data visualizations/dashboards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication — able to translate technical analyses into business impact.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn project management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Looker, Omni); prior experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Prior coursework or experience in marketing/digital media is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Position pay range (annual base salary): $61,000—$77,000 USD.
    • This range represents the expected base salary for this role. Individual pay within this range will be determined by work location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
  • This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (e.g., RSUs), and is part of a comprehensive total rewards package.
