What You’ll Do

The Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Associate Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement activities. You will evaluate current processes, help implement improvements, and support new product introductions and equipment implementations to improve quality, efficiency, and cost.

• Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes, equipment, projects, and day-to-day production activities
• Evaluate manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, reliability, and productivity
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including transitioning new products and processes into manufacturing
• Support introduction, qualification, and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and processes
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues and recommend effective, data-driven solutions
• Apply established engineering principles, procedures, and systems to complete assigned projects
• Make sound technical decisions using professional judgment, data, and established practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing and operational objectives
• Work independently with minimal supervision and escalate complex technical issues appropriately

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline — or equivalent education/experience
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior professional experience is not required
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and principles related to manufacturing and process improvement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to apply engineering knowledge and professional judgment to practical manufacturing challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across functions
