Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Associate Manager, Campus Recruiting on a full-time, fixed-term basis through October 30, 2026 (strong likelihood of extension based on business needs and performance). This hybrid role expects 3 days in office per week and focuses on sourcing college students for student ambassador programs across the United States and Canada.

What You’ll Do

• Create, implement, and lead campus recruiting strategies at colleges and universities nationwide
• Build and maintain relationships with campus partners (career centers, student organizations) and talent pools
• Source candidates using research, networking, social media, events, partnerships, memberships, and referrals
• Align recruitment tactics to specific client program needs and timelines
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Client Services teams to support multiple client programs and roles
• Measure and analyze recruitment tactics and recommend optimizations
• Research higher education institutions, campus trends, policies, and event opportunities
• Participate in agency brainstorms and contribute creative engagement ideas
• Support daily client project workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, campus engagement, marketing, or related fields
• Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies preferred
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; customer-service orientation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data
• Highly organized with excellent time-management and multitasking ability
• Creative thinker who can develop new approaches to engage students
• Comfortable delivering results independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, and FormAssembly is a plus

• Base salary range: $45,000 - $50,000 (annual)
• Fixed-term through October 30, 2026 with likely extension based on needs and performance
