Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a motivated Associate Manager to support its Brands & Properties (sales) team. This role provides day-to-day account support, research and reporting, client service coordination, and partner activation support. You will help deliver client-facing decks and reports, monitor industry trends, and assist in executing campaigns and events that drive measurable business results.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of client accounts under Manager supervision.
  • Conduct research and analyze audience, demographic and market data to inform strategies.
  • Support development of long-term programs, strategy workstreams and insight deliverables.
  • Create, edit and maintain client presentations, decks and reporting materials (PowerPoint-heavy).
  • Support proprietary measurement and reporting tools and assist with data analysis.
  • Monitor media, sports, entertainment and culture trends and share actionable updates with the team.
  • Provide regular status updates on active partnerships and manage internal expectations and next steps.
  • Coordinate program execution via email, phone and conference calls; liaise with vendors and partner agencies.
  • Own specific partnership elements while maintaining awareness of the overall partnership deliverables.
  • Assist with event logistics and onsite implementation when applicable.
  • Participate in RFP responses and new-client pitch preparation.
  • Think proactively about business development opportunities and contribute ideas for revenue growth.

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong interest and up-to-date knowledge of the sports, music and entertainment landscape and how it intersects with brand partnerships.
  • Relevant intern or entry-level experience in sports, entertainment, marketing or brand partnerships is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task, self-manage and meet deadlines with minimal direction.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Creative thinker who collaborates well in a team environment.
  • Comfortable assuming multiple roles and reacting calmly under pressure.
  • Familiarity with consumer technology and mobile device trends is helpful.
  • Comfortable supporting partnerships across a range of industries and complexity levels.

Compensation & Employment Type

  • Base salary range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year.
  • Bonus potential where applicable.
  • Employment type: Contract & Full time (as specified by the client).
