Role Overview
This is an entry-level Associate, Investment role on an Activation team supporting media buying and campaign operations across digital, linear TV, CTV/streaming, social, OOH, audio, and print channels. You will work within a pod servicing multiple client accounts and support campaign execution, reporting, and billing reconciliation while learning media-investment strategy and marketplace dynamics.
What You’ll Do
- Support Senior Associates and the activation team in researching, strategizing, negotiating, buying, and stewarding media across channels
- Help issue insertion orders, monitor campaign performance, and reconcile billing for assigned accounts
- Negotiate and execute media buys and coordinate implementation with internal and external partners
- Evaluate sell-side offerings using research tools and industry knowledge to support client objectives
- Work across multiple media disciplines (Digital, Linear TV, Streaming/CTV, Social, OOH, Audio, Print)
- Gain exposure to establishing and executing commercial partnerships with media, technology, and data vendors
- Manage day-to-day campaign tasks for a roster of client accounts (often 15–30 accounts per pod)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, economics, finance, or a related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office—particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable with numerical concepts and campaign metrics
- Strong teamwork skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Interest in the modern media/advertising landscape and eagerness to learn market trends
- Client- or account-management experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $34,000 – $60,000 per year (this is the employer’s stated range and may be adjusted based on experience and location)
- For New York hires, the posting indicates an internal reference salary of $45,000

Workplace & Schedule
- This role is full-time. The client expects in-office attendance as required by business needs (the client’s policy currently expects a minimum of three days in office; this may change per team/manager direction). Confirm specific onsite expectations during the interview.
