Associate Insurance Product Manager
The Associate Insurance Product Manager at Confidential Client supports the development and management of US Warranty insurance products by owning specific product modules and carrier operational requirements. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Legal, Actuarial, Finance, and Tech teams to design scalable, profitable insurance products while managing carrier relationships and ensuring compliance and operational risk mitigation in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

What You’ll Do
- Support the product lifecycle for embedded insurance products: requirements, specs, testing, launch and iteration
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, underwriting, operations, legal/compliance, and commercial) to deliver product features on schedule
- Translate customer and partner needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlogs
- Analyze product and performance data to measure KPIs, identify product gaps and recommend improvements
- Assist with pricing, risk rules, claims flows and operational workflows to ensure product integrity and scalability
- Help prepare product documentation, partner onboarding materials and training for internal teams
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to insurance products
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of product, operations or insurance experience (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical ability — comfortable with data, Excel and basic SQL or analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present findings to teammates and stakeholders
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curious about insurance mechanics (pricing, underwriting, claims) and motivated to learn quickly
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in insurtech, embedded insurance or working with distribution partners
- Familiarity with actuarial concepts, pricing models or claims operations
- Prior exposure to product analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude) or A/B testing frameworks
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
