What You’ll Do
The Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Associate Hospital Sales Representative to support territory growth, learn clinical product positioning, and assist field teams. This role provides training, hands-on experience, and a clear path to promotion for high-potential candidates.
- Meet territory sales quota and manage CRM pipeline for infusion therapy, devices, oncology, specialty products, and services
- Learn and present technical product information and clinical evidence to hospital clinicians and supply-chain contacts
- Position Confidential Client products competitively against alternatives through clinical/operational value conversations
- Know contracts, distribution models, pump inventories, and customer-specific needs across the assigned territory
- Conduct product demos and customer meetings (virtual and on-site)
- Coordinate with sales teams and managers to align activities to regional and company goals
- Support customer communications about backorders, allocations, pricing, and contracts
- Participate in team calls, trainings, special projects, and implementation visits as assigned
- Travel frequently (including outside the home territory) to support trainings, go-lives, and implementations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently while collaborating with the field team
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability; comfortable using CRM tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving policy requirements
- Willingness to travel frequently (typically more than 50%) and to relocate for promotion opportunities when needed
Work Environment & Requirements
- Field-based role with flexibility to work from a home office and frequent on-site customer visits
- Role typically requires extended periods of sitting, standing and walking during customer engagements
- As a condition of performing duties at certain customer locations, incumbents must meet applicable credentialing requirements (e.g., vaccinations or other site-specific requirements) where required by law or customer policy
- Strong commitment to professional conduct in clinical settings
Compensation
- Estimated salary: $54,906 per year (estimated). Actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
