What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with clients to gather financial information and build comprehensive financial profiles.
  • Develop personalized financial plans and recommendations based on clients’ income, goals, life stage, and risk tolerance.
  • Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations to help clients pursue short- and long-term financial goals.
  • Proactively identify and build relationships with prospective clients; act as a trusted advisor.
  • Learn and apply financial planning tools and software to analyze financial data and present solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching; follow established team processes while contributing ideas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is preferred.
  • Baseline understanding of financial products and advisor responsibilities; strong interest in learning industry practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid quantitative aptitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Willingness to study for and obtain a Life Insurance license. FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 are a plus (not required).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
  • Structured onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
  • Support for licensing and certification study (where applicable).
  • Benefit offerings and additional pay details will be provided by the confidential client during the interview process.
